Barbeque Vegetables

    Vegetables[i]
  • Courgette
  • Carrot
  • Potato
  • Onion

Directions
Removing in-edible pieces, skin and seeds from the vegetables.
Cut into chunky peices; big enough to stay on the barbeque.
Boil vegetables in water until beginning to soften and finsh on the barbeque.
Marinating vegetables when soft with herbs, spices, salt or pepper offers more interesting flavours at your barbeque.



Barbeque Marinades

    Herb and Spices[i]
  • Chilli
  • Tandoori
  • Mint
  • Mustard
  • Curry
  • Stock Cubes
  • Mixed Herbs
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions
Create marinades in a Mixing Bowl and add, using either; Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Melted Butter, Vegetable Oil or Sunflower Oil as a base liquid.
Add Spices, Herbs, Stock Cubes, Salt or Pepper of your liking and choice into the Mixing Bowl.
Stir occasionally with a Wooden Spoon and allow time too blend together.
Covering meat or vegetables with Marinade, turning occasionally; allowing time too absorb and stick adds interesting flavours for your barbeque.



Barbeque Bites

    Minced Meat
  • Chicken
  • Beef
  • Turkey
  • Lamb
  • Pork
  • Fish
  • Duck
  • Sausage Meat

Directions
Mince the meat using a Blender Machine. (Add spices and/or herbs to the Minced Meat for extra flavour)
Shape Minced Meat to small pieces, not too thick or the meat will not cook correctly in the middle.

Breaded: Use a Blender Machine, blitzing Bread to small crumbs.
Crack an egg in a Bowl and Whisk together, pouring into a Low Sided Tray. (Add spices and/or herbs to the Whisked Egg for extra flavour)
Completly cover the Shape Minced Meat in Egg Mixture then Bread Crumbs, cooking in a Hot Oven.

Battered: Make up the Batter Mixture[i]. Cover the Shaped Mince Meat in Batter Mixture and cook by Frying in a hot, pre-heated Deep Fat Fryer.

Note: Also works with Vegetables.
